Imagine a life without taste, texture, aroma; without surprise and beauty. I can’t imagine how my life would be without food. What would I become? As I create, my reflections always bring me to the same conclusion: I’ve yet to find a single subject that captures my imagination as much as food does. The thrill of working under pressure. The creative freedom that food gives me. The perpetual feeling of being a pupil. There is simply too much to learn. This alone is motivation enough to keep me striving for more. A cruel and demanding trade that consistently challenges my self-belief but offers great personal rewards.

After years spent in restaurants and hotels, I want to share my taste and travels with you. My experience allowed me to compose a collection of classics with my signature twist. This repertoire takes old favorites and pairs them with modern flavors and seasonal ingredients.

My philosophy is based on the quality and respect for raw materials and for the seasons, where nature finds balance in itself; a time where everything gets a moment to shine.

An ode to colors, aromas, and scents

The menus offered consist of dishes true to the tradition of an Italian meal. The flavors are savored with intention, starting from the antipasti: a hodgepodge of grilled vegetables, salad, and focaccia seasoned with olive oil. Second Course: a choice of a homemade pasta dish or a creamy risotto, and finally, honoring the main course with a meat or fish. In apotheosis, pannacotta with seasonal fruit and fresh mint, flourless dark chocolate with homemade raspberry sauce, a praline tiramisù, or a ricotta plum cake with vanilla gelato.
